Delete your DriveQuick account

This page explains how to request deletion of your DriveQuick account and the data linked to it.

How to request deletion

In the app

Learners: open the Settings tab. Instructors: open the menu. Then go to Privacy & Security → Delete or Deactivate Account, and confirm. This signs you out immediately.

Without the app

Email admin@prodigyent.co.uk from the address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my DriveQuick UK account". We'll confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account details (name, email, sign-in information)
Your hazard perception and theory test history and progress
Your comments, posts, and profile information
Any saved preferences and location-related data linked to your account

What may be kept

Records of bookings, payments, and transactions, retained for 6 years for legal, tax, and accounting purposes
Anonymised or aggregated data that can't identify you

Instructors: if you have an outstanding wallet balance or a withdrawal in progress, you'll need to withdraw your funds and wait for the payout to complete before your account can be deleted.

If you signed in with Google, deleting your DriveQuick account does not delete your Google account.
